We are an investment company that was born from the meeting of two female leaders driven by the desire to boost entrepreneurship and contribute solutions to global challenges.
Patricia Moraes, with a career spanning more than 25 years in the financial market, teamed up with Luiza Helena Trajano, an entrepreneur of influence in the country, to found Unbox Capital.
In addition to the Trajano and Garcia families, Magazine Luiza's controlling shareholders and our anchor investors, other investors have already joined this common dream that establish a new perspectives on people and businesses.

With over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, she worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at J.P. Morgan in New York and São Paulo. She is a member of the boards of Itausa and Columbia University in Brazil, as well as director of the Women of Brazil Group. She was nominated twice for the Valor Econômico newspaper's “Women of Value” list. She holds a degree in Economics from PUC-RJ and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Working with a focus on ESG for 20 years, she worked at Odebrecht, J.P. Morgan and G.P. Investments. She was a member of the Sustainability Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). She holds a degree in Business Administration for the Third Sector from FIA-USP and has a specialized in Creating Strategic Alliances and Partnerships for Sustainability from CEATS and in Institutional Communication from ESPM.

ESG and People
With over than 10 years of experience in fund management, she was COO, CFO and IR at Innova Capital. Her trajectory also includes a period of 7 years in the Corporate Finance area at KPMG and a year in the financial and commercial areas at BRMalls. She holds a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC, studied Accounting at Cândido Mendes University, and received a Master's degree in Finance and Business Economics from the Getúlio Vargas Fundation.
